All deposits paid at the time of booking are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.
If a customer needs to cancel their appointment, they must do so at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of any right to a partial refund. This policy helps us manage our schedule and maintain availability for other clients.

Free UK Shipping: Available on orders over £200.00, with a delivery time of 3-5 business days.

Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Damages
- Salubi’s HBA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
